Mr Saad Nazir

He leads the Blue Group of Companies (BGC), a prominent conglomerate with diversified interests in real estate, construction, and development.
Under his leadership, Blue World City has emerged as a key player in Pakistan’s real estate sector, known for its ambitious scale, modern infrastructure, and collaboration with international partners.

The dynamic CEO of Blue World City, spearheading the project’s operational strategies and growth initiatives.
With a degree in Business Administration from Punjab University, he brings a robust background in management and strategic execution. Leading the Blue Group of Companies alongside Chairman Saad Nazir, Ejaz has been instrumental in shaping Blue World City into one of Pakistan’s premier real estate ventures.
Mr. Nadeem also plays a crucial role in the Blue Group of Companies, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the alignment of Blue World City’s development goals with its vision.
